Welcome to Eterna, operated by OREA Bazaar d.o.o.. The following terms explain how we handle payments and related matters for orders placed through our webshop.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

All payments are securely processed through our trusted partner Monri Payments. Your card details are encrypted and handled according to the highest industry security standards. We do not store or have access to your full card information.

2. Payment Timing

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Your selected payment method will be charged immediately when you confirm your order. Orders are only processed after successful payment. If a payment fails or is declined, the order will not be created.

3. Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in Bosnian Convertible Marks (BAM).

4. Taxes and Pricing

All product prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable sales tax. VAT is not charged separately.

5. Invoicing

An electronic invoice will be automatically sent to your email after your order is confirmed. A printed invoice will also be included with your shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We cannot accept returns for used items or items returned after the 14-day period.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us immediatelly. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. If the issue cannot be resolved, you may proceed through your card provider’s dispute process.
